Delivery FAQ
How many days are required to process the order?
Your jewellery is custom-made upon order. The lead time for handcrafting is about 10 working days.
Standard shipping to the United States will be another 3-5 days, express will be 1-2 days.
Standard international shipping to other countries will be 8-15 days, express will be 3-8 days.
Can I track my order?
The packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. We will provide the order number for you to track once it is shipped out. Your signature is required upon receiving the jewellery.
What is the minimum order?
There is currently no minimum order value.
How much are the delivery fees?
Standard Shipping(3-5 Days) to the United States is free. Express Shipping(1-2 Days) is $30.
Standard International Shipping(8-15 Days) to other countries will be $20. Express Shipping(3-8 Days) is $70.
